Shipping policy

At Timeless ReFind, we ship all orders via Australia Post.

- Standard Shipping: $10 (2-7 days)

- Express Shipping: $20 (1-4 days)

If you would like to add signature confirmation upon delivery, please contact us immediately after placing your order. Otherwise, Australia Post will leave your package in a secure location if no one is available to receive it. Signature confirmation will only be included if specifically requested.

Please note that parcel insurance is the buyer’s responsibility. You may choose to add insurance during checkout or contact us to include this service for an additional fee.

We highly recommend requesting signature confirmation or insurance, particularly for high-value orders, as we cannot be held responsible for theft, loss, or damage once the parcel is shipped.
